Welcome to the new Scotch College catering booking system.

This is a new online tool to help streamline all of the many and varied catering requests at Scotch College through one easy booking enquiry system. The catering manager, function coordinator and head chef will meet to finalise the detail of your particular events catering requirements and this program allows us the ability to fully understand your requirements from the outset and therefore offer you ideas and a costing to suit your event with a fast, efficient process. Please take time to read the requirements of use before proceeding to place your booking. Please take care to complete all fields with as much detail as possible including comments in the boxes provided.

Before you begin:

  • Book your venue at events@scotch.wa.edu.au
  • Request all venue logistics, grounds equipment, audio visual through events and venues events@scotch.wa.edu.au
  • Request a GL Code from Scotch College accounts by contacting accounts@scotch.wa.edu.au. This is the reference by which we allocate your charges.
  • Your quote will include GST, however you may be eligible for a rebate depending on your event.

Function Catering requirements

Venue availability
Please ensure that you have booked your venue by contacting events@scotch.wa.edu.au

Specific dietary requirements
We have menu choices that are vegetarian, lactose or gluten free. We can tailor make a menu to suit any dietary requirement so please discuss your individual needs with your Catering Manager to ensure all your guests needs are catered for.

Ordering times
We require functions to be booked and confirmed seven (7) working days in advance of your function date so that we can ensure your catering needs can be delivered as per your request.

How to order
We have developed this web-based online order system specifically for Scotch College. Once your catering form has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation, by e-mail, outlining your selection and function costing.

Just follow these easy steps:

1. Enter your details on the form
2. Create your menu selection and specify any special requests
3. Preview, then send your request

Please discuss your beverage requirements with your Catering Manager to determine the cost and the service style of all alcoholic beverages. An additional quote will then be forwarded to you prior to the event.

Your Catering Manager will provide a quote for any additional catering related hire costs required for your function and this, once again, will be forwarded to you prior to the event.

Function flexibility
We enjoy any opportunity to think "outside the whisk" and request that you liaise with your Catering Manager for any events that fall outside the confines of Scotch College Function Selector. We look forward to providing each and every client with an individual function, tailored to suit your needs.

All cancellations must be received by email 24 hours before the day of the function to the Catering Manager, quoting your order ID number and the date of the function. Please be aware that a fee may be charged if the required notice is not given. Cancellations for weekend or Monday functions must be received, by email, by 9.00am Friday morning.

Labour Charges
Our business hours are 7am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, term time only. Any event held outside this time frame will incur additional labour charges. If wait staff are required for functions, we will provide an additional quote for labour charges. There is a minimum three hours shift for wait staff and 4 hours per chef.

Dietary requirements, confirmation of numbers and room set up must be confirmed 48 hours prior to event.
